This recently remodeled three-level rental house in Wellfleet is built to maximize both indoor and outdoor living space. There is free WiFi throughout the house, and it extends out into the deck areas as well, perfect for streaming and sunning. There are split ductless air conditioning units on each floor that are separately controlled, find your ideal temperature!

The middle floor serves as the main entrance and common area with an open floor plan. It has a large & bright Eat-in Custom Kitchen, with induction stove, large granite countertops, farmers sink, and seating for eight. Sliding glass doors highlight the view and connect from the kitchen to the decks.

A large Living Room with a flat-screen TV, stereo, Blu-ray player, coffee tables & Fireplace. Large banks of windows and a partial cathedral ceiling make the living room very inviting.

There is a large coat closet and a sunroom.

This floor also has a full bath with a tub & shower combination with a detachable handheld showerhead, a washing machine and dryer.

A curved stairway with custom railings leads to the upper floor, host of the master bedroom suite and bath, and a fully furnished loft. The Master Bedroom Suite has a panoramic view of a Cape Cod salt marsh and is flooded by sunlight. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV and overhead fan. There are large closets with full length sliding glass mirrors.
Did your kids run you ragged or did you do it all on your own? Well, the master bathroom has a jetted hot tub perfect for relaxing after a fun Cape Cod day. The master bath also has as a separate glass-enclosed tiled shower.

The Loft looks out over the marsh and has a flat-screen TV, an overhead fan, a comfortable chair, and a convertible futon. It is perfect for either relaxing or overflow sleeping arrangements.

The lower level has a den with comfortable sofa seating, a flat-screen TV, a Wii, bookcases and board games, and a sliding glass door to the lower deck. There is an office space here with both WiFi and a hardline internet connection. Great for catching up on any work tasks.

There are two additional bedrooms on this floor. One has a queen bed with another flat-screen TV and looks out over the lower deck onto the marsh. The third bedroom has two twins.

The Indian Neck beaches are .7miles away and the Pilgrim Spring Walking Trail is less than 1/2 a mile away, within easy walking distance. This bayside home has a central location and is less than 10 minutes away from anywhere within the town. Wellfleet town center is 5 minutes away, the Beachcomber 8 minutes, the Cape Cod Rail Trail 4 minutes, Marconi beach 8 minutes, or the Wellfleet Drive In 6 minutes. Get out there and explore!
